At Spotlighted Studio, we create visuals that drive success for leading Amazon brands. We help clients build meaningful connections with their customers and boost sales through optimized content in every touch point of the customer journey, including visual identities, product packagings, and visual assets like listing images and store design.

The Role

As a Creative Strategist, you'll figure out how to increase conversion rates at every touchpoint of the buying process. You’ll develop strategies and concepts for assets at each step, ranging from packaging design and main image optimization to listing design and storefront optimization. You will turn market insights into actionable concepts for our design team and oversee the creation of each asset, ensuring alignment with your strategy to boost our client's sales performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Market Research: Analyze markets and customer journeys to uncover unserved potentials for boosting the sales performance of our clients
  • Creative Concept Development: Turn insights into concepts with clear strategies and suggestions for our design team incl. copies and design suggestions.
  • Collaboration & Quality Assurance: Work closely with the design team to ensure accurate execution of your strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement & Ownership: Check the performance of created assets e.g. by A/B testing and integrate learnings into new standards.

Experience

  • 3+ years in e-commerce marketing/content creation (preferably Amazon).
  • Knowledge in CVR optimization and sales psychology.
  • Skilled in content creation and copywriting.
  • Experience with A/B testing is a plus.
